This lunch is an opportunity to slow down and eat.  So many of us need to heal our relationship with food.  By slowing down to enjoy and savor every bite our meals become more intentional.  We become more aware and mindful of the food we are eating, where it comes from, how beautiful it is, how it really tastes, how it came into our hands and how it was prepared. As a group,  we will share the experience in a community of other like-minded souls acknowledging each other’s presence in a quiet yet intentional manner.  Make your lunch from the full day meal plan you receive when signing up from Registered Dietician, Felicia Spence.

You are only as resilient as your ability to overcome and cope with life’s stressors. Often resiliency is referred to as ‘thriving not just surviving”. Sarah will be sharing practices to build resiliency, overcoming everyday life stressors, and even growing stronger from setbacks. She will be incorporating real examples of everyday life stresses and how to train your mind to view from a lens of growth and opportunity, thus building resilience.

Learn how to appreicate the journey by creating a good relationship with exercise and movement rather than determining success by an outcome. Practice gratitude and gain clarity on what it feels like when life is good and create a “to feel vision”
